QAIS BHAVANAGARI BELAGAVI

Mr. Qais Bhavnagari born 25 June, 1980, is the Managing Director of Noorani Corbel Developers Pvt Ltd and the Joint Secretary of Conferdaration of Real estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI) – Karnataka. He is also the Immediate Past President of– CREDAI Belagavi chapter. Mr. Qais Bhavnagari did his schooling from St. Paul’s High School, Belgaum and his PUC 1 & 2 from RL Science college, Belgaum.

Thereafter he pursued his higher education from Purdue University, Indiana, USA and graduated with a Management degree in Business and Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University, New York. After Graduating, Mr. Bhavnagari joined a Financial Services firm in Palm Beach, Florida and was Vice President – Investments up until April 2009, when he returned to India to pursue his business ambitions in the fast growing Indian Economy.

In 2009, Mr Bhavnagari incorporated Noorani Corbel Developers Pvt Ltd a real estate development company and in June 2010 launched their first project ‘One City Homes’ – in Shastri Nagar Belgaum. At the time ‘One City Homes’ was Belgaum’s largest Gated Apartment Community housing 108 residential units. The latest project by Noorani Corbel Developers Pvt Ltd is ‘The Seven’ in Hanuman Nagar, Belgaum – a one of its kind project with multi level parking, roof top swimming pool and 18 Pent houses. ‘The Seven’ has 94 residential units, once again one of the largest projects in Belgaum North. This project was completed and handed over on time as promised in 2018. Two new high-end luxury projects are on the anvil and slated to begin in the 3 rd quarter on 2019. Mr. Bhavnagari's company has completed more 500,000 Sq.ft (Five Hundered Thousand Square Feet) in the last 5 years. Mr. Noorani has been associated with the Rotary Club of Belgaum since 2010 and has served the community of Belgaum through it in various Directorial capacities. He has also been associated with CREDAI, which is the apex body of real estate developers throughout the country, since 2011. He was the President of CREDAI- Belagavi and lead all the developers and builders of Belgaum city through the tough times the real estate sector is facing. He is now the youngest member of the CREDAI Karnatka Governing Council. Mr. Bhavnagari was one of the youngest Presidents of any of the 165+ CREDAI Chapters in the country, having been elected President at the age of 34. Mr. Bhavnagari was been re-elected unanimously as President of CREDAI Belagavi for the term 2017-2019.
