PROFILE OF QAIS NOORANI (BHAVNAGARI)

Mr. Qais Noorani (Bhavanagari) born 25 June, 1980, is the Managing Director of Noorani Corbel 

Developers Pvt Ltd and the Joint Secretary of Confederation of Real estate Developers Associations of 

India (CREDAI) – Karnataka. He is also the Immediate Past President of– CREDAI Belagavi chapter.

Mr. Qais Noorani (Bhavnagari) did his schooling from St. Paul’s High School, Belgaum and his PUC 1 & 2 

from RL Science college, Belgaum.

Thereafter he pursued his higher education from Purdue University, Indiana, USA and graduated with a 

Management degree in Business and Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University, New York.

After Graduating, Mr.Noorani joined a Financial Services firm in Palm Beach, Florida and was Vice 

President – Investments up until April 2009, when he returned to India to pursue his business ambitions 

in the fast growing Indian Economy.

In 2009, Mr.Noorani incorporated Noorani Corbel Developers Pvt Ltd a real estate development 

company and in June 2010 launched their first project ‘One City Homes’ –in Shastri Nagar Belgaum. At 

the time ‘One City Homes’ was Belgaum’s largest Gated Apartment Community housing 108 residential 

units.In 2015,Noorani Corbel Developers Pvt Ltd launched ‘The Seven’ in Hanuman Nagar, Belgaum – a one of 

its kind project with multi level parking, roof top swimming pool and 18 Pent houses. ‘The Seven’ has 94 

residential units, once again one of the largest projects in Belgaum North. This project was completed 

and handed over on time as promised in 2018.

Two new high-end luxury projects are under construction by the name of CITY PLACE and THE 

ADDRESS.

“THE ADDRESS” is located on Double Road,Race Course, Jadhav Nagar, Belagavi.

Every Floor at “THE ADDRESS” is designed to have two 4BHK Units, both facing the Golf Course, and also 

there is the option of a large 4 BHK or a 5 BHK covering the entire Floor, with total of 8 Flats.

Mr. Noorani’s company has completed more 500,000Sq.ft (Five HunderedThousand Square Feet) in the 

last 5 years.

Mr. Noorani has been associated with the Rotary Club of Belgaum since 2010 and has served the 

community of Belgaum through it in various Directorial capacities.

He has also been associated with CREDAI, which is the apex body of real estate developers throughout 

the country, since 2011. He was the President of CREDAI- Belagavi from 2015-2019, and led all the 

developers and builders of Belgaum city through the tough times the real estate sector is facing. He is 

now the youngest member of the CREDAI Karnataka Governing Council.

Mr.Noorani was one of the youngest Presidents of any of the 165+ CREDAI Chapters in the country, 

having been elected President at the age of 34.

Currently, Mr. Noorani serves as the Jt. Secretary of Credai Karnataka.
