The Center and the State Government are supposed to provide affordable housing. But this is not possible without a separate building bylaw for Corporation in Belgaum. There is no room here for the land to grow parallel. So the price is going up too. There is only room to grow vertically. According to the existing bylaw, the height of the fint is added to the height of the building and all the buildings here are illegal. According to Buda Byla, the height of the parking lot is 8 feet. Need at least 14 feet. Buda has the best bylaw. But some changes need to be added.
